Add voice effects to your Text-to-Speech audio to create new sounds
Voice filters allow you to adujst the qualities of our Text-to-Speech voices.
Effect - Our filters allow you to alter the Pitch, Speed and Duration of the audio. You can also add a robotic quaility to the audio, shift the time, or add a whisper effect.
EffectLevel - Pitch, Speed and Duration can be applied at Effect Levels of -3,-2,-1,1,2,3. Robotic can be applied at Effect Level 3. Time can be applied at Effect Levels of 1,2,3,4. Whisper can be applied at Effect Levels of 1,2,3.
Adding a filter to a Text-to-Speech call requires adding two parameters to the end of your sayText(txt,voice,lang,engine,effect,effLevel) call.
